You can access voicemail directly from your desk phone by dialing *86. Additionally, you can configure Avaya Cloud Office to send voicemail notifications (and even the audio files) to your email. To set this up, log into your online account, go to Notifications, expand Messaging Notifications, and check the box for Voicemail Messages
