When the user initiates a password change, they will receive a “Temp Password” from DOEA to use to log into the system, after that the system will immediately prompt the user to create their own new password. Just note that when it asks for their “Current Password,” they will need to cut and paste that “temporary password” they received from DOEA, one more time or the change will fail
